Kinfigure Winter Week 2024: Eternal

Kinmas Camp 2024: Eternal & The Resolution Battle will be an event you won’t want to miss, this December 27-29th in Kansas City, Missouri.

Kinmas Kamp is an all inclusive training camp for anyone who wants to grow in their artistry and knowledge of the industry. You will gain knowledge, confidence, inspiration, and so much more from this experience. Kamp includes classes like audition prep, on stage etiquette, dancing with artist 101, artistic exploration, foundations & fundamentals of various genres, and so much more. This year our theme for Kinmas Kamp is Eternal, and in class we will cover the topic of living for the eternal and the implications our actions have on our “eternal scorecard”. Come discover the limitlessness you didn’t even know you had this year at Kinmas Kamp 2024: Eternal.

THE RESOLUTION BATTLE EXPERIENCE is a 1 versus 1 battle experience for any dancer of any style. There are two age groups & two categories dancers may enter in and battle head to head for either $200 (winner of 14 & younger age category) or $500 dollar cash prize (winner of 15 & older age category) (There will be a cap on the number of people battling this year, once we reach that cap we will initiate qualifying battle rounds of 5-10 ppl at a time to qualify for 1v1 battles).

THE HEAD: In this category you will be dancing merely to show off creativity, using your mind to show your intention/concept to get the audience hype, on their feet, and amped up. Your music will be more uptempo ,hype, and energy filled. (Examples of dance styles in this category: Fusion Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Urban, Krump, Commercial Dance, Popping, Wacking, vogue, breaking , fundamental hip hop, experimental, Jazz Funk, Anything you think show off your creativity to hype the audience up.)

THE HEART: In this category you will be dance to covey emotion, using your creativity to show emotion based on your intention/concept. You will want the audience to be able to feel every emotion from your heart no matter what emotion it is. Your music will be slower, meaningful, and full of emotion. (Example of dance style in this category: Contemporary, Urban, lyrical, experimental, fusion, and style that you feel can convey any emotion given to you.)
